Administrator / Auditor

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of financial and operational controls of the Group and recommend the best practices to strengthen the control mechanism
  • Perform internal audits and risk assessments of the Group and make recommendations on improvement
  • Assist in monitoring the Group’s policy and procedures
  • Implement an efficient method of tracking instructions using ‘Task Administration System’ or new software to monitor and administer Directors’ instructions issued to all employees
  • Develop a system that functions similar to a ‘Driving License Demerit System’ - record and identify non completion of task by the assigned deadline for each employee

Requirements:

  • Higher education with an accounting qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of operation, system and internal controls, management audit, and audit of compliance functions
  • Result-oriented, well-organized with strong numerical sense and able to work independently in a team environment
  • Highly developed skills in computer software operation

Bookkeeper

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare daily sales & expenditure report, journal entry and sales analysis report
  • inventory control, payroll and banking

Requirements:

  • Technical or vocational training, LCC Intermediate and full set accounting knowledge
  • Fluent English, Proficiency in Ms Excel and preferred experience in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Self-driven, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit
Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in graphic design or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience is preferable
  • Strong creative sense and able to handle projects independently from conception through development to finished artwork for output
  • Proficient in Mac softwrare - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred
 
 

Security Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Control and supervise the security team for building and car park
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of manpower
  • Take immediate action to deal with emergencies
  • Conduct periodical inspection at site
  • Provide training to the security personnel
  • Prepare and control budget for management approval

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years related experiences in security industry / property management, of which 2 years of supervisory level
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Good customer services and capable of dealing with clients
  • Computer skills essential
  • Knowledge of first aid and fire fighting
   
 

Retail Leasing Manager

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop potential quality tenants
  • Provide professional services on all leasing matters including new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration
  • Monitoring of rental rates and budget preparation
  • Plan and execute effective advertising campaigns, PR functions, sales promotions & marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in property sales, leasing and marketing; priority will be given to applicant previously worked for BIG 4 real estate management companies
  • Experience with large scale shopping malls is highly desirable
  • Sound knowledge in the retail leasing market with good business acumen and marketing sense
  • Familiar with leasing ordinance & procedures
  • An excellent communicator with solid interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Flexible, able to work independently and under pressure
   
 

China House Wares and Home Furnishing Buyer

 
  • At least 5 years experience in retail and wholesaler of Home Wares and Home Furnishing products
  • Responsible for purchasing  Kitchen/Cutlery/Glassware/Bed and Bath products from China
  • Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Responsible for sourcing , price negotiations, ordering and liaising with vendors
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of wholesale and retail software essential including Retail Sales and Open To Buy systems
  • Knowledge of merchandizing and visual display’s is important
   
 

Chef - Pacific Rim Cuisine

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in menu development with the F&B Manager
  • Overall supervision of the restaurant kitchen

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Pacific Rim Cuisine
  • Passionate in creative cuisine planning and strong commitment to food quality and presentation
  • Hands-on experience in hygiene practices, costing and inventory control
  • Good command in spoken English
  • Mature, hardworking, responsible and flexible personality
  • Good computer skills preferred
